EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT

At ICCS, we see all our members form the part of the ICCS Limited team who care and share the same spirit of establishing a fair and equity based Islamic Finance for a sustainable economic system. The under- listed management members are nominated to represent and operate ICCS Limited on the basis of set rules and procedures on behalf of the members of the co-operative.

Shefi'u BADAMOSI (AFIIBI, MBA, CSAA) - Executive Chairman

Shefi'u K. GBADAMOSI is the Principal Consultant/ COO of the Lifeline Alternative Finance Limited (An Islamic Finance Consultancy and Consortium). He has more than 20 yearexperience in banking and finance industries. He had worked with the Nigerian Export- Import Bank (NEXIM) as a Supervisor before he joined an International Marketing Company, Lunar Corporate Success Limited, Nigeria as the Finance Officer where he worked till 2011 before furthering his education in Islamic finance. He is an associate fellow of the Institute of Islamic Banking and Insurance, London, UK and a Certified Shari'ah Adviser and Auditor by Accounting and Auditing Organisation for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI) in Bahrain. He received his first Degree in Economics from the University of Abuja and later obtained Postgraduate Diploma at the Institute of Islamic Banking and Insurance, United Kingdom and Master of Business Administration, specializing in Islamic Finance from the renowned International Islamic University, Malaysia. He is studying Master of Science in Economics at the University of Abuja. He is the pioneer Executive Chairman of Islamic Crescent Cooperative Society Limited. He Chairs a Non- Governmental Organization, I-Crescent Relief Foundation Abuja, Nigeria. He develops and structures Islamic finance products suitable for Islamic finance institutions and carries out shari'ah review and audit. His professional interests include Islamic finance product development for microfinance institutions, insurance (Takaful) company, shari'ah compliant business, and Islamic finance marketing and research. Mr. Shefi'u has presented papers at International Conferences on Islamic Banking and Finance, Islamic microfinance, Islamic Wealth Management and given talks at workshops and international conferences in Nigeria and Malaysia on Islamic Banking and Finance. He attended courses and conferences on Product Development, Islamic Capital Market, Corporate Governance, African Takaful Forum and Leadership Quality, Organizational Supervisory Management, World Conference on Riba; etc.

Abdulfatai is currently the Principal of Noble Guide Academy Kubwa. He has been in the teaching profession since 2001 with a vast knowledge in teaching and pastoral. He is a holder of HND from the Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State and PGD in Education. He equally holds a Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers (At Professional Level). He is a member of the Duke of Edinburgh International Award Panel.

Sharafadeen A. ADENIJI, Ph.D. is a physicist and a senior lecturer at the Department of Physics, Nile University of Nigeria Abuja. He is also the Director of Administration at Smart Reliance Educational Services, an educational consulting firm in Abuja. Dr. Adeniji has served on various committees within and outside the university environment. Before he was appointed Secretary to the management of Islamic Crescent Cooperative Society (ICCS), he was the Chairman of the Strategic Monitoring Team (SMT), one of the management committees of ICCS.

Abdulwaasi' M. ARIYIBIis currently a Senior Accountant with Continental Transfert Technique Limited with work experience spanning over sixteen years as an Administrator, Project Coordinator and Accountant.
He gained a first degree in Educational Management & Economics from the Premier University (University of Ibadan) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting & Finance from the Nasarawa State University.
He has attended courses on Forensic Accounting; Project Investment Planning, Analysis and Appraisal; Project Monitoring and Evaluation; Finance and Risk Management.

Musibau A. ASIMOLOWO is an Educationist with over seventeen (17) years work experience in administration and Academic Staff Training and Development Department. He is currently working with Tertiary Education Trust Fund, Nigeria as an Assistant Chief Education Officer. He is a Member, Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), an Associate Chartered Economist (ACE) and a registered member of Teacher Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN). Also a member of Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) He has attended courses on Efficiency and Performance Improvement, Capacity Building Workshop on Programmes and Project Management, Report Writing Skills, Team Building and Coaching Skills for Managers etc .in Nigeria and abroad.

Ismail A. BUSARI is multifaceted professional with a strong background in accounting, education, and guidance. Ismail excels in image making and publicity with over 10-year experience in project and program management. He holds BSc (Ed) in Accounting and MEd in Guidance and Counselling. He was the Vice Principal of Model Islamic Educational Foundation, Kubwa Abuja and currently, the Chief Executive Officer of Edu Hub Global Integrated Services Limited. He is a dedicated and results-driven person committed to making a positive impact in his community and beyond.

Sulaiman A. AZEEZ is a multifaceted young professional accountant and life-long learner with over six years of professional work experience spanning acrossindustries such asConstruction, Engineering, Telecommunication and Non-Governments Organization (NGO). Skilled inCorporateandFinancialReporting,TreasuryManagement,InternalControl,Budgetingand Budgetary Control. He is currently working with the Abuja Continental Hotel (ACH) as a General Ledger Accountant before joining ACH, He had worked with the Jubaili Bros Engineering Ltd a multinational company as Accountant. In the year Sulaiman is a Chartered Accountant and graduated with second class upper division in Accounting from OlabisiOnabanjo University Ago- Iwoye, Ogun State. He is a professional member of AssociationofAccounting TechnicianWestAfrica (AATWA).

Engr. Shafiu O.ADEDEJI has over 10- year experience in building and construction with three different reputable construction companies in Abuja as Site Manager before he joined Federal Capital Territory Authority as a certified Civil Engineer. He graduated with BSc. Civil Engineering from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State at the Faculty of Engineering. He has postgraduate Diploma in Civil Engineering from the University of Abuja. He is a certified Civil Engineer. He is the Head of General Purpose Committee of the Cooperative.
